Connectivity
All new appliances from AEG can be connected via connectivity, and for the washer-dryers there is the special My AEG Care app. For example, you let your washer-dryer know exactly what kind of laundry you put in the drum and it will select a suitable program for washing and drying based on that information.
You don’t necessarily have to be near your washer-dryer to use it. If you’re at work, for example, you can use the app to check if your laundry is clean and then start the drying cycle. When you get home, all you need to do is fold and store your laundry.
SensiDry Technology
The sensidry technology is a good fit for you if you often need to wash and dry different fabrics. For example, if you want to put a blouse made of delicate fabric into your washer-dryer, it can’t be washed too hot. The sensidry technology adjusts the temperature of the drying to the textile and will never exceed 54 degrees.
A washer-dryer with SensiDry always has a heat pump and cooling system that continue to reuse the hot air. This also saves on energy and water.
DualSense Technology
Another technology from aeg that takes your laundry into account is the DualSense. This not only adjusts the temperature in the drum but also the movement. This means that delicate fabrics, for example, are not dried at such a high temperature and are also not shaken too much. When you run your laundry at a higher speed it dries quickly, but also tends to get a lot of wrinkles. AEG steam technology allows you to steam your laundry, making it dry and clean just as quickly, but with much less creasing.
Some fabrics can be put straight back into the closet and shirts require up to 80% less ironing. You can also use the steam function to freshen clothes without washing them. This prevents clothes from being washed too often and wearing out.
